Holding Vigil...

...for the hurting...for the content...for the poor...for the lonely...for the addicted...for those without hope...for the guilty...for those filled with doubt...for the least of these...for ourselves.

Life seldom turns out the way we expect it to, the way we dream it will. But God is always bigger than we expect Him to be.

We look for God in places we were taught He would be. But God is not defined by our churches, our denominational lines.

His design for us, His radical love for us, is much simpler, yet more profound than most messages we have received.

We work to make ourselves worthy, but God is not threatened by our humaness, our failures, our fears. Our religiosity, our efforts pale in the light of His mercy.
